Think you know about TWA Flight 800? . . . Think again.

The New York Times described our film above as “serious and somber” in this favorable review: And shortly thereafter, based in part on whistleblower claims in it, I sued the Department of Defense (DOD) for records of military tests near the crash, ultimately receiving more than 100 pages of records, including two FBI records describing an object on Navy radar heading “straight for” the jetliner before “impact”. The FBI has yet to release the actual radar tapes, and so this case, Stalcup v. DOD, is still pending at the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals. Two other related cases are also in the federal courts as of the writing of this update in July 2023.
